The Answers

  1. Do you host private / special events at your venue?

We sure do! Plan your next wedding party, bar mitzvah, corporate gathering, happy hour or whatever else you got up your sleeve at Terminal West. Hit us up at questions@terminalwestatl.com, and we’ll send you info on special event rentals!

  2. How the heck do I get there?

Terminal West is located at the King Plow Arts Center. Use Google maps to search for “Terminal West” or for “King Plow Arts Center.” Terminal West is located within entrance 1 under the large King Plow Neon.

For those that want to keep it old school, here are some directions for ya!

    From north of the city
Take 75 South to Howell Mill Exit (252B)
Take a right off the exit onto Howell Mill Rd.
When Howell Mill dead ends into West Marietta (5 Seasons Brewery ahead), take a right onto West Marietta. Terminal West is located about a mile up on the right at the King Plow Arts Center.

    From South of the city
Take 75 North to Howell Mill Exit (252B)
Take a left off the exit onto Howell Mill Rd.
When Howell Mill dead ends into West Marietta (5 Seasons Brewery ahead), take a right onto West Marietta. Terminal West is located about a mile up on the right at the King Plow Arts Center.

  3. Where can I park?

At night, parking is $5 in the King Plow Parking deck. Parking vouchers can be bought at the box office and you can also pay when exiting the deck. You can leave your car parked for 24 hours with that ticket. If you would like to make a walk, free parking is also available at the top of the hill in Lot 9.

  4. Any cool hotels around the venue?

Of course it’s Atlanta, and there are a ton of places to stay ranging from super cheap to the posh 5 star penthouse w/ city views. Some of our favorites that are near the venue are Hilton Garden Inn on 10th street, W Hotel Downtown, and the Glenn Hotel on Marietta Street. We are a short cab or uber from downtown Atlanta, so any hotel that suits your fancy downtown will be relatively close.

  5. What is the seating like for shows?

Terminal West is General admission and standing room only, unless otherwise noted on the ticket. For all shows + events there are barstools available on the floor and the roof deck. They are first come first serve, so come down early and grab a drink and lock you down a seat!

  6. Are you wheelchair accessible?

Of course! The main floor area and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. For questions or special requests please email questions@terminalwestatl.com

  7. I’m under 18 and want to come to a show at TW, what’s up?

Most shows at Terminal West are 18+. If you are not 18, then you will certainly have something else to look forward to for your 18th birthday! Some shows will be ALL AGES, and these shows will be indicated on the website as well as on the ticket. If you don’t see ALL AGES listed anywhere, you can assume it’s an 18+ show.

  8. Are you hiring?

We just might be, thank you for asking. Please send your resume and some words of what you can do for us, and what sets you apart from the rest. Hit us at questions@terminalwestatl.com

  9. Do you need interns?

You never know… it’s possible, send an email to questions@terminalwestatl.com

  10. What time will the show start and end?

That depends on the start time and number of acts on the bill. Usually the first act goes on around 45 minutes after doors open and support acts usually have 45 minute sets.

  11. I play in a super rad band. How can I play at Terminal West?

Please don’t send us promo packages in the mail. The easiest way is to email us at booking@terminalwestatl.com. Make sure you include a link to your website so we can check you out. We receive countless submissions on a daily basis so we can’t promise a reply. However, if we like what we hear we will be in touch. Thanks!

  12. What’s the dress code?

No shoes, no shirt, no service… Hahah, but seriously just dress normal and let’s party!

  13. How do I buy tickets without paying service charges?

We will have a friendly person cramped in our Box Office to provide tickets to you without any additional charges. We accept cash or credit card (Discover /Mastercard / Visa / American Express). Please give us a call at 404.876.5566 with any questions. Our box office is open Tue-Fri 11-5, as well as any night where we have another show.

  14. Will you have tickets for tonight’s show at the door?

It depends. We definitely recommend purchasing them in advance… You’ll save some money, and rest easy knowing you’ll be rocking out at the show!

  15. My buddy told me tonight’s show is sold out- do you think anyone will be selling tickets out front if I come down?

Terminal West at King Plow does not recommend this method and can not vouch for the validity of reseller’s tickets. P.S. We hate scalpers.

  16. Can I change the name on my ticket if I can’t go?

You can change the name on your ticket at Will Call. Just log into the account that you made at ticketfly.com and select the Change Name at Will Call option. Or you can give us a call at the Box Office at 404.876.5566 during business hours to arrange a name-change. Your friend will need to bring his/her ID to the Box Office the night of the show to pick up the tickets.

  17. Do you advise scalping tickets?

Terminal West is not responsible for tickets sold via Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, Facebook and other similar websites. Once a ticket is scanned at the door duplicates are automatically rejected. Be extremely careful when buying a photocopy of a print at home ticket! The best place to purchase a ticket is via our website, the Terminal West Facebook page or the physical box office.
